Dr. Blaine Fisher is a technology and innovation leader, professor, author, geospatial researcher, and former paramedic. He leads AI and instructional technology work at Tulane, teaches across technology and emergency management, studies remote sensing and Maya archaeology, and advises institutions through Sparkfish Consulting.
